What people mean by “social casino”
The phrase describes apps and sites built to look and feel like real-money gaming, with spinning reels, card tables and virtual tokens, where the tokens themselves cannot be exchanged for money. Many sell token top-ups for real money, and many lean heavily on sharing, streaks and leaderboards to keep people coming back. They are legal in much of Canada, but they sit in another category entirely from the games we review, and they are not what we do.
What happens on this site
Our whole output is brief write-ups of no-cost browser games with two printed scores each, and offer a button that sends you, in a new tab, to that game’s CrazyGames page. That is the whole mechanism. On facialesthe-survey.com specifically:
- there is no play currency of any kind, earned or bought;
- nothing is for sale, and we never take a card number;
- you cannot collect prizes here, receive payouts or get rewarded for visiting;
- no game runs on our pages, so there is nothing to stake and nothing to lose;
- no account is needed to read anything we publish.
About the titles on our sheet
Arcade Casino Tycoon is a management game: you walk a character around a room, set up machines and grow a small venue into a busy one. CrazyGames now lists it as “Arcade Tycoon”. We use its longer name so the card matches the link. Our image for it shows only the logo, and our card describes the arcade side of the game.
PLINKO! is an idle physics toy where balls rattle down a peg triangle and the buckets underneath grow stronger with use. The coins in it are an in-game counter for buying upgrades and have no value outside it.
Fortune Match dresses a classic jewel-swapping puzzle in a fortune-teller theme. The word “fortune” there refers to crystal balls and clovers, not money.
Games that move away from this
If a game we have reviewed later adds real-money features or starts selling token bundles that resemble a social casino, we take its card off the sheet and note the removal in the press log on the home page.
Why we care
Free browser games are one of the few places online where you can play something properly without paying or handing over data. We would like that to stay simple, and we would rather not blur it with products that work on very different incentives.
