Conditions of use · revised October 7, 2026
The ground rules for reading, quoting and linking
These conditions cover your use of facialesthe-survey.com. Reading the site means you accept them. They are short, because the site does little beyond publishing reviews.
What the site offers
Facialesthe Survey publishes editorial reviews of free browser games along with general notes on devices, logins and screen habits. We host no games and sell nothing. Reading costs nothing and needs no registration.
Our opinions are opinions
Each score is a snapshot: three people, the handsets in our drawer, one autumn. Developers keep patching their work, and what we found may not match what you find next month. We check facts against each game’s listing, but we cannot promise that every detail stays current.
Leaving for other platforms
Game buttons take you to CrazyGames. That platform, and the developers whose games it carries, write their own rules on terms, privacy and suitable ages. We have no control over their content, availability or conduct, and the conditions on this page stop at our own domain.
Quoting and sharing
The words, scores and illustrations on this site belong to Facialesthe Survey. Short quotes are fine when they credit us and link to the source page; linking to anything here needs no permission at all. Please ask before republishing whole reviews or using our artwork.
Game titles, logos and cover art shown on the run sheet remain the property of their developers and of CrazyGames. We show small crops of them only to help readers recognize each game.
Notes you send
Please keep notes civil and on topic. We may quote short, anonymous extracts from reader notes in the press log, never with your name unless you agree. Anything sent to harass, advertise or test for weaknesses in the site will be deleted.
Fair use of the site
Do not try to disrupt the server, bypass the form limits, or scrape the site in a way that slows it for others. Ordinary search engine crawling is welcome; the robots file shows what to skip.
Limits on our responsibility
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from relying on a review, from a game’s behaviour on your device, or from anything that happens on a third-party platform. Nothing here limits rights that consumer protection law in your province gives you and that cannot be waived.
Governing law and venue
British Columbia law governs this page, together with whichever federal Canadian statutes reach that far. If a disagreement cannot be settled by talking it through, it goes before the courts sitting in Vancouver.
When we revise this page
We update the revision date above whenever the wording changes. Continued reading after a revision means you accept the new text; earlier versions are available on request.
